FR 3 057 047 - A1 System for connecting a first tube (1) and a second tube, the system comprising a clamp (10) capable of being tightened around the abutting ends of the two tubes, and a washer (28) secured to the clamp by means of attachment. The washer (28) has a locking element (44) configured to cooperate with a corresponding positioning member (48) of the first tube (1) so as to block the washer (28) in rotation relative to the first tube (1) . II The present invention relates to a system for connecting a first tube and a second tube, the system comprising a hose clamp capable of being tightened around the abutting ends of the two tubes, and a washer secured to the hose clamp by means of solidarity. A clamping system of this type is known from European patent EP 1 451 498. In this patent, the ends of the facing tubes have bearing surfaces projecting relative to the cylindrical outer surface of said tubes. The clamp comprises a clamping band, the section of which is for example substantially V or U-shaped, so that the wings formed by this section bear respectively on the bearing surface of the first tube and on that of the second tube. Thus, the tightening of the collar tends to keep the tubes tight against each other. The V-shaped section is interesting in that, when tightening the collar, it brings the tubes closer to each other. The band tightening means comprise for example a screw system. Thus, the ends of the strip can be straightened so as to form support tabs provided with holes in which a screw can be inserted. A nut is placed behind one of these tabs so that the rotation of the screw causes the collar to be tightened. However, other tightening means can be provided, for example of the type operating by hooking, in particular of the type comprising a hook straightened with respect to the band and an ear also straightened with respect to the band, the hook hooking behind the ear to keep the collar tight. The washer of the clamping system can in particular serve to seal the connection between the two tubes, by presenting for this purpose a sealing portion which, when the system is clamped on the tubes, is caught between two sealing surfaces. , belonging respectively to the first and to the second tube. In certain applications, Ton also wishes to guarantee that the clamping system is in a certain angular position relative to the first tube, typically for controlling the position of the support legs and of the screw and optimizing the size of the system, or further to facilitate operator access to the clamping system during assembly or disassembly of the latter. International application WO 2016/034820 discloses another clamping system for the connection of two tubes, the system comprising a clamping collar having a retaining tab. The retaining tab has an attachment portion on the clamping band of the collar and an attachment portion by which said retaining tab is adapted to be attached to the first tube. Such a retaining tab is satisfactory for maintaining the angular position of the clamp relative to the first tube. However, it creates additional space outside the first tube and needs to be attached to the first tube during an additional step, for example a welding step, which lengthens the process of assembling the tubes. There is therefore a need for a new type of connection and clamping system to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks and, in particular, to control the angular position of the clamping system with respect to the first tube in a simple, rapid and space-saving manner. This object is achieved thanks to the fact that the washer has a blocking element configured to cooperate with a corresponding positioning member of the first tube so as to block the washer in rotation relative to the first tube. Thus, the cooperation of the blocking element and the positioning member ensures that the clamping system and the first tube are arranged angularly, one with respect to the other, in the desired manner. This angular position can be predetermined by the choice of the location of the locking element on the washer and the positioning member on the first tube, respectively. In addition, the cooperation of the locking element and the positioning member makes it possible to avoid the need for a third part such as a retaining lug, which limits the complexity of the clamping system. Furthermore, insofar as the angular position is controlled by the cooperation of the washer with the first tube, no additional space is generated outside said tube, unlike the system proposed in WO 2016/034820. The aforementioned washer can be, according to an example, of the type described in published patent applications EP 1 451 498, WO 2012/013891, or in unpublished patent application FR 16 51881. The washer can have, in more than the characteristic according to the invention described above, all or part of the characteristics described in these patent applications. Optionally, the blocking element comprises a blocking tab configured to be received in the positioning member of the first tube. Thus, the cooperation of the blocking element and the positioning member is a simple mechanical and geometric cooperation, which does not require any particular fixing operation. In addition, the washer is generally made of metal, by stamping, cutting and folding. In the manufacture of the washer, it is easy to produce on the latter a tab forming a locking tab. More generically, the locking tab can be formed in one piece with the washer. Optionally, the locking tab projects radially towards the inside of the washer. The interior is understood with respect to the axis of the winding formed by the washer. In general, unless otherwise specified, the adjectives internal and external, or internal and external, are used with reference to a radial direction so that the internal part of an element is, in a radial direction, closer to the washer axis as the outer part of the same element. The fact that the locking tab projects radially towards the inside of the washer further limits the space requirement. Optionally, the locking tab protrudes from a portion of substantially smaller diameter of the washer. In particular, when the ends of the facing tubes have bearing surfaces projecting from the cylindrical outer surface of said tubes, the washer is advantageously of substantially frustoconical shape. Thus, the locking tab protrudes radially inward, relative to the rest of the washer. Alternatively or in addition, the locking tab can protrude axially relative to the rest of the washer. Furthermore, the locking element, in this case the locking tab, can be formed on an edge of the washer. Optionally, when the system is mounted on the first tube, the locking tab protrudes towards an edge of said end of the first tube, that is to say of the end of the first tube intended to be abutted at the second tube. Optionally, the locking tab is substantially flat. Optionally, the washer includes cutouts on either side of the locking tab. Such cuts are preferably longitudinal with respect to the locking tab. The cuts can be located at the base of the locking tab, that is to say at its proximal end. Thanks to the cutouts, the locking tab is separated from the washer over a greater length than in the absence of cutouts. This increases the flexibility of the locking tab and facilitates its cooperation with the positioning member of the first tube. Optionally, the locking tab is curved in axial section. An axial section is a section along a plane which includes the axis, in this case the axis of the washer. For example, the locking tab can be hook-shaped, convex or concave. A curved shape limits the deflection of the locking tab, which blocks the insertion of the clamping system on the first tube if the locking element and the positioning member do not cooperate. The locking tab can thus act as a keying device and further ensure the correct positioning of the clamping system relative to the first tube. The locking tab can also take other forms. In its general definition, the invention provides at least one blocking element and a positioning member. It is indeed possible to provide several locking elements, for example two or three locking elements angularly distributed in a regular manner or not, and cooperating with corresponding positioning members. The invention also relates to a connection assembly of two tubes comprising a system as described above and a first tube on which said system is mounted and which is capable of being butted with a second tube, the first tube comprising a cooperating positioning member with the locking element of the system. This assembly comprises the system according to the invention and the first tube at the end of which this system can be pre-mounted in a state where the clamp, in the non-tightened state, extends around the first tube. Optionally, the first tube comprises, preferably at its end, a radial projection extended by an annular extension, typically an axial extension, preferably substantially cylindrical. The positioning member can be formed at least partially in said extension. Optionally, the positioning member extends from an edge of the end of the first tube which is capable of being abutted with the second tube. Thus, the blocking element can guarantee the correct angular positioning of the clamping system with respect to the first tube as soon as said system is inserted on the first tube on the side of said edge. Optionally, the first tube includes a radial projection and the positioning member extends to the radial projection. Thus, the cooperation between the positioning member and the blocking element does not prevent the washer from coming against the radial projection and thus ensuring a good seal. Optionally, the positioning member comprises a notch, an orifice or a recess. Optionally, in the non-tightened state, the clamp is spaced radially from the washer. Thus, an annular space is defined between the band of the collar and the washer, space in which the second tube can be inserted for the connection and coupling of the tubes. The invention and its advantages will be better understood on reading the detailed description which follows, of embodiments of the invention given by way of nonlimiting examples. This description refers to the accompanying drawings, in which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the pre-assembled system at the end of the first tube, before tightening the collar; - Figure 2 is a sectional view in the plane II of Figure 1, this plane being defined by the axis of the tube and by a diameter of this tube passing through the locking element; - Figure 3 is a perspective view of the washer of Figure 1, isolated; - Figure 4 is a view similar to Figure 1, for a connection assembly according to a second embodiment; - Figure 5 is a view similar to Figure 1, for a connection assembly according to a third embodiment. Figures 1 to 3 are described first of all. It can be seen in these figures that the clamping system comprises a collar 10, generally of the same type as that described in EP 1 451 498 and WO 2012/013891, and a washer 28 , which cooperate to assemble two tubes 1 and 2. It should however be understood that the invention is not limited to this type of collar. As indicated above, the elements which are directed towards Tax A of the two tubes placed end to end or which are closest to this axis A are termed "internal" relative to other elements qualified as "external" , the “external” elements also being those which are directed away from the axis A. In this case, the collar comprises a strip 12 which, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, has an internal periphery which delimits a recess 14 in which the bearing surfaces, respectively 16 belonging to the first tube 1, and 18 belonging to the second tube 2 can be inserted. This recess and these bearing surfaces have shapes such that the tightening of the band of the collar forces the ends of the tubes to come closer to each other. Thus, the strip 12 advantageously has a V-shaped section, while the bearing surfaces 16 and 18 have a diameter which increases gradually towards the free ends facing the tubes, and are for example of frustoconical shape. The strip 12 has ends, respectively 12A and 12B, which are straightened substantially radially so as to form support legs. These tabs are drilled so as to allow the passage of the rod 24A of a screw 24 through these tabs. The head 24B of the screw is fixed relative to one of the support legs, in this case the leg 12B, while a nut 26 is retained relative to the other support leg 12A. It is understood that the rotation of the nut in the direction of screwing brings the support tabs closer to one another and therefore reduces the internal diameter of the collar, that is to say that it makes it possible to tighten the bandaged. In this case, a setting washer 26A is interposed between the support tab 12A and the nut 26, this washer 26A having a notch wedging it with respect to the point of the V formed by the strip 12 to prevent it from turn relative to it when the screw 24 is rotated. The clamping system also includes the washer 28, which is secured to the collar. This washer has a frustoconical annular portion 30 which, as seen in FIG. 2, can be inserted between the opposite ends of the two tubes when they are tightened using the clamping system. By looking at Figure 2, we see that, in the pre-mounted state of the collar 10 at the end of the tube 1, an annular space E is formed between the washer 28 pre-mounted on the outer periphery 23 of the first tube 1, and the internal periphery of the band 12 of the collar. We also see in Figures 1 and 2 that in the pre-assembled state, the collar is substantially centered with respect to the tube, the axis A of the collar and the washer being in these figures coincident with the axis of the first tube 1. Thus, the annular space E allows the insertion of the end of a second tube 2 under the band 12 of the collar and the coupling of the two tubes. In this regard, it should be noted that the end of the tube 2 is a female end, its internal periphery having a flare. However, the end of the tube 1 is a male end which, beyond the bearing surface 18, has an outer periphery 23 whose diameter decreases towards the free end. The end part thus formed can therefore be inserted, substantially with complementary shape, inside the flare 17 formed at the free end of the tube 2. The frustoconical portion 30 of the washer is located between the flared 17 and the outer periphery 23 of the free end of the tube 1. The frustoconical portion of the washer 30 has annular deformations 32 forming a sealing ring. The flare 17 formed at the inner periphery of the free end of the tube 2, and the outer periphery of the end portion 23 of the tube 1 therefore form sealing surfaces which, when the clamping system is tightened, take up between them the frustoconical portion 30 of the washer and press the sealing ring 32, so that the connection between the tubes is sealed. The fixing of the washer 28 to the collar 10, and the pre-mounting of the assembly constituted by the collar 10 and the washer 28 on the first tube 1 can be ensured in the same way as in EP 1 451 498 and WO 2016 / 034820, by fixing lugs presented by the washer 28. Thus, the washer 28 has a series of internal legs 33 better visible in FIG. 3. When the washer is assembled to the collar, these internal legs cooperate with the internal periphery of one of the wings of the strip 12, in this case wing 13A. These internal tabs serve to keep the washer away from the internal periphery of the wing 13A. The fixing lugs also include external lugs 34 which, as seen in particular in FIGS. 1 and 3, are long enough to come into contact with the free internal edge of the wing 13A. The internal tabs 33 can be slightly raised radially in the direction towards their free ends, so that these free ends come to bear more reliably against the internal periphery of the wing 13A. On the other hand, the external tabs 34 are directed substantially axially so as to pass under the free internal edge of the wing 13A. It can be seen that the free end of these external tabs 34 is curved to form a hook 34A which hooks onto the external face of the wing 13A. Optionally, the internal tabs 33 and external 34 may have other characteristics among those which are detailed in the published patent applications EP 1 451 498, WO 2012/013891, or even in the unpublished patent application FR 16 51881. The where appropriate, the external tabs 34 can form or comprise first pre-mounting tabs which allow the pre-mounting of the clamping system on the second tube 2. In FIGS. 1 to 3, second pre-mounting means comprise second pre-mounting tabs 40 which are located on a second side of the washer 28, opposite the first side, and which extend in this case in the axial direction S2 from the outer periphery 28A of the washer. In the embodiment shown, as can be seen better in FIG. 3, these second pre-assembly tabs 40 are similar to the second pre-mounting tabs disclosed in WO 2012/013891. They may have all or part of the characteristics listed in this document and be presented at least in the variants described therein, in particular but not exclusively according to the embodiment of FIG. 7C of this document. The second pre-mounting tabs 40 secure the washer 28 with the first tube 1. Other securing means can be used. Furthermore, as indicated above, the washer 28 has a blocking element configured to cooperate with a corresponding positioning member of the first tube 1 so as to block the washer 28 in rotation relative to the first tube 1. In this case, the the blocking element comprises a blocking tab 44 configured to cooperate with a notch 48 of the first tube 1. In the example of FIGS. 1 to 3, the locking tab 44 projects radially inwards from the washer 28 and axially in the direction of the edge of the free end of the first tube 1, that is to say the end intended to be abutted to one end of the second tube 2. In this case, the locking tab 44 is located in the extension of the frustoconical portion 30, here on the radially internal side of the washer 28. Thus, the tab blocking 44 projects from a portion of substantially smaller diameter of washer 28, in this case the internal periphery 28B of washer 28. As illustrated in the enlarged detail of FIG. 2, the locking tab 44 passes radially through the notch 48, whereby it operates a locking in rotation of the washer 28 relative to the first tube 1. For this purpose, the locking tab blocking 44 may have an angular width slightly less than the angular width of the notch 48, for example between 50% and 100% of the angular width of the notch 48. In this embodiment, the locking tab 44 is substantially planar, at least in axial section. In the circumferential direction, the locking tab 44 may have a curvature corresponding to the circumferential curve of the frustoconical portion 30 of the washer 28. Furthermore, the flexibility of the locking tab 44 is increased by means of cutouts 46 of the washer, on either side of the locking tab 44. As can be seen more particularly in FIG. 3, the cutouts 46 are longitudinal and extend along the locking tab 44. The cutouts 46 have a non-zero component in the direction of the axis A. In addition, the projecting part 23 of the first tube 1 is extended, opposite the bearing surface 16, by a substantially annular extension IA. The annular extension IA preferably has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the remainder of the first tube 1, so that it is possible, as illustrated in FIG. 2, to fit the second tube 2 which has a substantially diameter on the extension IA equal, with the exception of the flared 17, to that of a main portion of the first tube 1. The extension IA can also take other forms, for example a substantially frustoconical shape or the meeting of several discontinuous extensions angularly distributed , regularly or not. In this embodiment, the extension IA is an axial extension, in this case substantially cylindrical, that is to say for example cylindrical with the exception of the notch 48. The positioning member which constitutes here the 'notch 48 is formed in the extension IA. More specifically, in this embodiment, the notch 48 extends from the edge of the end of the first tube 1 which is capable of being abutted with the second tube 2 and up to the radial projection of the first tube 1, formed here by the outer periphery 23. Thus, the locking tab 44 and the notch 48 can cooperate from the engagement of the clamping system and in particular of the washer 28 on the first tube 1, and until the washer 28 comes into abutment against the outer periphery 23, both in the non-tight state and in the tight state of the clamping system. Conversely, the notch 48 may not be through. In other words, the positioning member would include, instead of a notch properly speaking, an orifice located at a distance from the edge of the end of the first tube 1. When the clamping system is fitted onto the first tube, the locking tab 44 would flex until it could enter the orifice, by a sort of clipping. This operation is facilitated when the locking tab 44 projects towards an edge of the end of the first tube 1. Once in the orifice, the locking tab 44 would return to its initial position. The cooperation of the locking tab 44 forming a locking element and the orifice forming a positioning member would then ensure not only a radial locking, but also an axial locking of the washer 28 relative to the first tube 1. This axial locking makes it possible to maintain the clamping system on the first tube 1. If this maintenance has sufficient balance, which can be achieved if necessary by providing several locking tabs 44 as explained above, it is possible to simplify or even eliminate the second tabs pre-assembly 40 which have in particular the role of ensuring the axial locking of the washer 28 relative to the first tube 1. Figures 4 and 5 show the connection assembly in other embodiments. In these figures, the elements corresponding or identical to those of the first embodiment will receive the same reference sign and will not be described again. A second embodiment, shown in Figure 4, is identical to the first embodiment of Figure 1 except as regards the shape of the locking element. In fact, in this embodiment, the blocking element comprises a blocking tab 44 'which is curved in axial section. Typically, the locking tab 44 ′ can take the form of a hook configured to crochet the notch 48. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the washer 28 does not include cutouts 46. A third embodiment, shown in Figure 5, is identical to the first embodiment of Figure 1 except as regards the shape of the positioning member. Indeed, in this embodiment, the positioning member of the first tube 1 comprises a recess 48 '. Like the notch 48, the recess 48 ′ is formed in the extension IA and extends from the edge of the end of the first tube 1 and up to the radial projection of the first tube 1, formed here by the outer periphery 23 The recess 48 'projects in the radial direction towards the inside of the first tube 1. In addition, to avoid any wear of the first tube 1 or of the blocking element, the distance to the axis A of the wall bottom 48Ά of the recess 48 'is less than the distance to the axis A of the distal end 44A of the locking tab. The indentation 48 'can be obtained by stamping. For all of the embodiments presented, once the clamping system is placed on standby, that is to say in a pre-assembly situation, at the end of the first tube 1, it can be handled as a everything with this first tube. To assemble the first tube 1 with the second tube 2, the latter is brought towards the end of the first tube by inserting its end into the annular space E above, then the collar is tightened in a conventional manner. In this case, the clamping means of the collar comprise the aforementioned screw which, when the nut is screwed onto the threaded rod of this screw, reduces the space between the support legs 12A and 12B. Other clamping means could of course be envisaged, in particular hooking or pinching. In addition, it goes without saying that the locking element comprising a curved locking tab 44 ′ according to the second embodiment is compatible with the recess 48 ′ according to the third embodiment. Other shapes can also be envisaged both for the blocking element and for the positioning member, for example other types of protrusions than the tabs 44, 44 '. The blocking element can also be configured to receive a protrusion forming a member for positioning the first tube, contrary to the configuration described in the previous examples. More generally, although the present invention has been described with reference to specific exemplary embodiments, modifications can be made to these examples without departing from the general scope of the invention as defined by the claims. In particular, individual features of the various illustrated / mentioned embodiments can be combined in additional embodiments. Therefore, the description and the drawings should be considered in an illustrative rather than restrictive sense.
